1. Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by Virtue + Vice (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
Open to residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), the European Union (excluding Italy, Spain, and Belgium), Australia, and New Zealand, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

3. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter, sign up with your email address at [landing page or form link] and submit your response to the following contest questions - here.
Limit one (1) entry per person.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a one-hour virtual consultation session with Melanie (30 mintues of prep work for Melanie, and a 30-minute phone call), valued at USD $300. Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted or exchanged. The consultation must be scheduled and used within two (2) weeks of notification of winning, or the prize will be forfeited.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
All eligible entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and clarity. The entry with the highest score according to these criteria will be declared the winner. The selection will occur on October 10, 2025. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, or is otherwise ineligible, another winner may be selected.

6. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.

7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the contest. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
